Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- ½ can black olives
- 5 large green olives
- 2 tbs capes
- 7 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup white wine
- ¼ cup parsley flakes
- 2 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tb red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tb dijon mustard

Step 1
Quarter the artichoke hearts
Coarse chop the olives
If using chicken breasts, deglaze the pan with white wine and garlic. Then, add all the ingredients to pan.
To thicken the sauce, add cornstarch and water mixture. Or, add tomato paste.
Add cubed chicken breasts after sauce simmers.
