Ingredients

  • 2 (9 inch) pie shells
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg frozen mixed veggies
  • 1/4 can chicken broth
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, white meat, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Combine soup, cream cheese, and 1/4 can chicken broth until blended.

Stir in veggies and chicken. Use broth to make mixture not too thick.

Pour chicken mixture into pie crust. Cover with top crust. Seal and cut steam vents on top. Cover edges with aluminum foil.

Bake 35-40 minutes, removing foil halfway thru to brown the top.
