Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower (2 pounds), trimmed and broken into florets (about 6 cups)
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Snipped fresh oregano

Step 1
Cook cauliflower in a pot of lightly salted boiling water, covered, for 15 minutes. Drain; cool. Transfer to a food processor. Add cream cheese, feta cheese, oil, lemon juice, and salt. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and chill for up to 3 days. To serve, sprinkle with snipped fresh oregano.
