Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 2.2 lbs chicken cutlets
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 squeeze Mustard
  • Batter:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2-3 cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk marinade ingredients together and marinate cutlets overnight or for a few hours.
Mix batter ingredients.
Prepare a bowl of bread crumbs and a bowl of sesame seeds.
Dredge chicken first in batter, then crumbs, then seeds.
Deep fry until golden and crispy.

(Can bake on greased parchment paper @350 for 15-20 minutes)
