Ingredients
- 1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Fiesta Herb w/Red Pepper Soup Mix
- 1 C Plain Tortilla Chips, Finely Crushed
- 1 1/2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken, cut in strips
- 1 Egg
- 2 T Water
- 2 T Butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine fiesta herb soup mix with tortilla chips. In large bowl, combine chicken and egg beaten with water, coating well. Dip chicken in tortilla mixture, coating well. In 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 in jelly roll pan sprayed with pam, arrange chicken; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until chicken is done.
