Ingredients
- 1 package pita bread
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 4 lemons juiced
- 3-6 tablespoons tahini
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Peel garlic and mince in food processor. Add one can of garbanzo beans with its liquid and one can of drained garbanzo beans. Process until smooth. Add tahini. Process. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Process until mixture reaches the consistency desired. Serve as dip with pita bread.
