Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 6 sliced Rosa's Canadian bacon diced
- 1/4 cup shredded, reduced fat Sargento cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- Shredded cooked chicken
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Spray large frying pan with Pam. Add egg whites, bacon, mushrooms, any other vegetables, etc., and cheese. Cook on medium heat until edges start cooking. Loosen edges and move uncooked egg white toward edges. Lower heat and cook until done to taste. The mixture can be kept whole like an omelette or scrambled.
