Ingredients
- 1 package frozen frencch cut green beans 10 oz. defrosted
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- bunch of scallions, finely chopped (stalks)
- 3 Tbls butter
- 1 tsp chicken seasoned stock base
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- (vege-salt)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute green beans, mushrooms, onions, chicken stock in butter until mushroom liquid is evaporated. Add cream, and turn heat to high, mixture will bubble briskly. Cream will evaporate into shiny sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Refrigerate. Heat before serving.
