Ingredients

  • 2 c cubed cooked pork (about 1 lb)
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can chili with beans, undrained
  • 1 can (14.5oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c green salsa
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (4oz ea)green chiles, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 T minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 t ground cumin

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 min or until heated through.
