Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 envelope traditional yeast
  • 1 to 1 -1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Combine and then add 1 cup lukewarm water.
  • 1 to 1 -1/2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • Mix together and add to above ½ cup at a time.
  • Pizza Sause:
  • 14oz can Hunt’s Italian tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Step 1

Knead for 5 minutes then let sit for 20 minutes in a warm place. Roll out thin and cut to size of pan. Freeze at least 3 hours prior to using crust. Use crust frozen, do not allow thawing. Sprinkle paprika on top off pizza. Put raw bacon on top of cheese
