Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 tomatoes quartered
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 5 scallion thinly sliced
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 16 kalamata olives
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce torn
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions, cheese, and olives. Add the torn lettuce.
Combine the dressing ingredients. Whisk together and pour over the salad ingredients. Toss and serve.
