  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Chopped almonds or Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cut 12 7" squares of parchment paper.
Melt the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once it has boiled, remove from heat and stir in flour and nuts.
Place 4 parchment paper squares onto a cookie sheet. Scoop 2 Tbsp of the batter onto each square. Bake @ 350 for 14 minutes, until cookies are no longer funny, but are not too stiff. Remove from oven and let stand for 1 minute.
Flip the parchment over the back of a muffin pan and press the cookie around the pan to form it into shape. Slowly remove the paper.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
