Ingredients
- heavy duty aluminum foil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 pkg McCormick Original Taco seasoning (divided)
- 4 medium peeled potatoes cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup pickled jalepenos (chopped)
- 1 cup shreded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray foil with nonstick spray
Combine 1/4 cup picante sause, tortilla chips, chopped onion, and 1/2 of the pkg of Taco seasoning
Shape mixture into four meat loaves. Place each one on a sheet of foil. Toss the potatoes with the rest of the package of taco seasoning and chopped jalapenos. Pour the remaining 1/4 cup of picante sauce on the meatloaf.
Bring up foil sides and double fold leaving room for heat to circulate inside. repeat for all four
*Bake 30 to 35 minutes on a cookie sheet in over
*Grill for 18 to 22 minutes
*Throw packets on campfire full of good coals for 12 to 18 minutes
When serving sprinkle cheese on top
