Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon chopped ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1.Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2.Simmer 1 to 2 hours, or until it is as thick as desired.
3.Pack into hot jars, leaving ½-inch headspace.
4.Process half-pints or pints in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
