Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 links sweet Italian turkey sausage (6 oz), casings removed, cut up
- 1 package (8 oz) cornbread stuffing mix (3 cups)
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted*
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

Preparation
Step 1
1.Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 10-inch ovenproof skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add onions, celery, bell pepper and sausage; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
2.Add stuffing mix, pecans, parsley, sage and thyme to sausage mixture; mix well. Gradually stir in broth to moisten.
3.Bake, uncovered, at 325°F with turkey for last 20 minutes of roasting time.
