Ingredients
- IN A SEPARATE BOWL, COMBINE:
- Red, green and yellow peppers, chopped into large pieces
- White Onions, chopped
- Large mushrooms, whole
- Cubed beef, sprinkled with salt and pepper and rubbed with oil
- Zucchini, chopped in rounds
- Skewers soaked in water for several hours
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of dry thyme, parsley, sweet basil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soya sauce

Step 1
Brush mixtures on sides of kabobs before grilling. Grill on low-med heat for best results. Remember to mix up you vegetables and meet for even flavour.
