Ingredients
- 1 lb browned Italian sausage
- 1 quart water
- 4 large carrots, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes, run through blender

- 1 can Italian green beans, drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup uncooked pasta of choice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Simmer all ingredients except noodles and canned beans for 4 hours covered.
2. Cook pasta separately when soup is almost done.
2. Add beans and cooked pasta to soup 20 minutes before serving to heat.
