Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Pie Filling:
  • Peanut Butter Cookies: (made 24 small cookies, and the crust for one pie)
  • 1 and 3/4 cups or 1 16 ounce jar of sugar free peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of splenda
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of sugar free peanut butter
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 8 drops of liquid splenda

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients and press into pie pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix the filling together in the bowl. It will not be smooth. Spread on top of the pie cookie crust. I crumbled one PB cookie over the top. Refrigerate.
