- 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt see savings
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin see savings
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed see savings
- 2 tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives see savings
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese see savings
- Freshly ground black pepper see savings
- 4 frozen meatless burger patties (veggie burgers) see savings
- 8 tomato slices see savings
- 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® 100% Natural Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted see savings

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir the yogurt, cumin and oregano in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the olives and cheese. Season with the black pepper.
2. Cook the patties according to the package directions.
3. Divide the tomatoes, patties and yogurt mixture between 4 bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
Tips:
For extra flavor use Kalamata olives instead of the ripe olives.
This recipe can be halved to make 2 servings.
