ADD...FLOURS GRADUALLY TO FORM STIFF DOUGH

TURN OUT...ONLIGHTLY FLOURED BOARD & KNEED TIL DOUGH IS SMOOTH AND ELASTIC (7-10)MIN

PLACE...IN OILED BOWL, TURN AND COVER

LET RISE...IN WARM PLCEC(85-90F)UNTIL LIGHTV& DOUBLE IN BULK (ABOUT 2 HRS)

PUNCH DOWN...LET RISE 30 MIN (OPTIONAL)

DIVIDE...DOUGH IN HALF, SHAPE INTO LOAVES, AND PLACE IN OILED LOAF PANS.
