Heavenly Pudding Pops

• 1 ripe banana
• 6 Popsicle sticks
• 1 pkg. Jell-O Brand Instant Pudding Mix (can use fat free/sugar free)
• 2 cups skim milk

Step 1

Cut banana into six pieces & insert one Popsicle stick into each piece. Set aside.

Prepare pudding according to pkg. directions & pour equal amounts into each paper cup. Insert banana with stick into each cup of pudding until banana is completely submerged.

Freeze until completely frozen.

The basic flavors are great with this recipe but if you want to get creative start with vanilla & add your own flavoring, i.e.; maple, maple walnut, rum, etc.

For full flavor & easy removal from cup, allow the pop to thaw slightly.
