- 4 cups watermelon, seeded and diced
- 3 ears Sweet Corn, grilled and kernels cut off the cob
- 1 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
