Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 3/4 cp water
- 1/4 cp thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
- 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles
- 1/4 cp shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium high heat
2. Add chicken and cook 10 min or until well browned
on both sides. Remove from skillet
3. Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium heat
4. Stir soup, water, tomatoes, vinegar, and basil
in skillet
5. Return chicken to skillet and heat to a slow boil
6. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5minutes or until
chicken is cooked through
7. Serve over noodles.
8. Sprinkle with cheese
