Ingredients
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. sherry vinegar
- 1 T. evoo
- 2 t. chopped parsley
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts
- 1/4 t. salt

Step 1
Whisk all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag.; add marinade. Refrigerate 1-10 hours.
Remove chicken from amrinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat grill pan over medium high heat until hot. Cook chicken 4-5 mins per side.
Optional: top with diced tomatoes, feta and fresh mint and dill
