Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 green onion, cut into 1-inch pcs.
- 4 slices fresh ginger
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat cooking oil on high in a non-stick wok, then add ginger and green onion.
When the oil is sizzling, add shrimp and brown one side at a time, then stir and brown other side. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir fry until the sauce is thicken.
Serve with steamed white rice.
