Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- Nonstick cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
Place buttermilk in shallow bowl.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients except drumsticks; mix well. Dip drumsticks into buttermilk and then into cornmeal mix, completely coating drumsticks.
Place in single layer in 9x13" baking dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, until browned and juices run clear.
