REVIEWS:

This is a wonderfully refreshing recipe. Although I substitute Peach preserves for the Apricot and I find that Bacon French Dressing works as well as the Russian. Its just as delicious used with pork chops. But my favorite is to use it with boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 4 pieces). I love it and so do my husband and Dad so that says a lot.

Excellent and lots of sauce and super easy to make. I will definately make this again, and again!

I made this years ago and lost the recipe. Found it, made it again and still love it as much as the first time. I use chicken thighs though (a little moister)and have used it on wings as well. Everybody loves it.

My whole family loves this recipe. I cut down on the onion soup mix just a bit, but the taste if good even if you dont. I make it with rice as suggested. It also heats up nicely for next day lunches/dinners. It's a regular at our house! A MUST try!

I subsituted the apricot jam for a can of peach slices with the juice, and it was delicious! My whole family loves it. I will make this again and again because it's so quick and simple, and an easy dinner to make on a week night.

I found it very nice, easy to make. Since, I can not have too much tomato type sauces, this fit perfectly. Tastes very good. So far I have made it for myself and have sampled it to my mother and friends; who now make it for there family. this was a great trial recipe for me to attempt and it works.

This is an amazing recipe. I have made it on more than 1 occasion and it always tastes delicious. Chicken always comes out flavourful and tender. For more sauce over rice or chicken just increase the Russian dressing and jam.

I really love this dish. I've made it several times over the past few years and it always turns out great. Just be careful with the soup mix, and try to only get the dried onions, and very little of the powder, which is full of salt. I also like to add a little bit extra of the apricot jam.

I've been making this for years. works very well in slowcooker also!

I have made this recipe for years. I use a can of whole cranberry sauce instead of the jam. Gives sauce for the rice, The Cook

WOW! Yummy and easy! What more could you want?

This has got to be the best chicken I have ever tasted. Soooooooooo good

This recipe was awesome....so simple and quick to make. Yet the favor was wonderfully delicious.Even with the few changes I had to make it was yummy.I had 10-12 small cut up chicken pcs thawed out so I used them and added about another 1/4 cup more of the dressing and jam.I also used a whole pkg of soup mix,but in the end the taste was wonderful.I will definitely make this over and over again.

The sauce is excellent. Have made it many times.

We LOVE the sauce for this chicken, personally i was a bit leary, the ingredients together don't sound so good... but was i ever wrong! I sometimes make this sauce for my meatballs too.

This is delicious!

I have made this too many times to count! Always a winner, with family & company. The blend of flavours has everyone asking "what's in this".

This recipe was so quick and easy, I make it at least once a week and my husband and I just love it.

I used a can of cranberry sauce instead of the apricot preserves.

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum!
