Finger Sandwiches (made with Christmas cookie cutters)

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 can (6 oz) tuna fish
• 2 Tbsp. prepared french salad dressing
• 1/2 tea. prepared horseradish
• dash hot pepper sauce
• 48 bread slices

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; set aside. Using 2 1/2" cookie cutters, cut stars and trees out of bread (2 stars or trees from each slice). spread half of the cutouts with thetuna mixture. Top with remaining cutouts.

Yield: 4 dozen
