Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 8 slices egg bread
- 2 ounces Nutella
- peanut butter
- bananas – sliced length wise

Preparation
Step 1
Combine custard ingredients in a shallow dish.
Spread peanut butter on one side of 4 slices of bread and nutella on other 4 slices and top with banana. Form into sandwiches, pressing down gently.
Dip into egg custard, cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
