Ingredients
- 2 lbs. 16/20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 T. chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 T. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T. red pepper flakes
- 3 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and then pour into an oven-safe saute pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or over pasta.
(Can use crabmeat or steam clams in heated sauce)
