OMG! SO AMAZING!!!!!!! And the most important part - SERVE WITH RICE!!!! This is also a meal where the leftovers are almost better!! The photo is making my mouth water! Time to eat!!!

Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1-2 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of mayo
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 bag frozen broccoli,thawed and chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken & shred. Meanwhile, chop the broccoli. Okay….so we used frozen broccoli, and while I know they make the frozen chopped broccoli, the store was OUT. SO, I chopped my own, and it didn’t take any time. Now, mix all ingredients together. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 1 quart casserole dish and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
