Ingredients
- Coffee Cake:
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, soften
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- Streusel:
- 1/4 c. sliced almond, toasted
- 1/4 c. almond toffee bits
- Glaze:
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1-2 tsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350. Grease and flour 9-inch round cake pan.
Combine sugar, butter, eggs, extracts in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add all remaining coffee cake ingredients; mix well.
Spread half batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle 2 Tb almonds & 2 TB toffee. Spread remaining batter over streusel filling; sprinkle with remaining almonds and toffee bits.
Bake 30-40 mins. Cool 10 mins, remove from pan. Cool completely.
Stir together all glaze ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over coffee cake
