Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 1 can Las Palmas green enchilada sauce
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 18 corn tortillas
  • onion (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Shred boiled chicken. Add cream of chicken soup, geen chilis and onion.
Place tortillas in a 13 x 9 pan and pour enchilada sauce over them.
Cover tortillas evenly with 1/3 chicken mixture, sprinke 1/3 shredded cheese over chicken. Repeat process until there are three layers ending with cheese layer. Cook fo 45 min at 350 degrees.
