Ingredients

16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extact
1 package Toffee Bits, or 2 or 3 milk chocolate toffee bars, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and beat until blended. Add the toffee bits and mix well. Serve with green apple slices. You may soak the apple slices in pineapple juice to prevent discoloration. It is also good as a dip for Graham Cracker Sticks.
