Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
- 1 c. seedless raspberry jam
- 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. vanilla or white chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham crackers and butter. Press into greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with coconut, drizzle with milk.
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes, until brown. Cool.
Spread with jam. Sprinkle walnuts. In microwave melt
chocolate chips. Drizzle over walnuts. Melt white chocolate. Drizzle over chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
