Ingredients
- 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/6 KRAFT SIZZLING SALADS Southwest Chicken Dinner Kit
- 2 cups torn iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup each red and green pepper strips
- 1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
COOK chicken in hot oil in skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
ADD 2 Tbsp. Cooking Sauce; cook on low heat 1 min., turning chicken after 30 sec. Remove from heat.
COMBINE lettuce, beans, vegetables and cheese. Add 2 Tbsp. Dressing; toss to coat.
SERVE salad with chicken.
