Ingredients
- 8 oz beef sirloin or chicken, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
- 4 small flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook chicken/beef in a non-stick skillet
2. Add onion & peppers to the same skillet and cook 2-3 minutes till softened.
3. Add chicken/beef and seasoning; cook 2-3 minutes, till done.
4. Microwave tortillas 15-20 seconds. Add meat and any toippings of choice: Shredded cheese, thinly sliced lettuce, diced tomato, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
Before serving, squeeze half a lime (or 2 teaspoons lime juice) into the skillet with the meat and peppers and onions.
