- 1/2 can milk
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Step 1
Brown ground beef in skillet, trying to leave it in as large chunks as possible. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper on ground beef.
Place ground beef in greased 9x9-inch casserole dish. Cover with sliced potatoes, then sliced onions. Mix soup and milk and pour over all and bake 2 hours covered in 350 degree onion. Top with grated cheese and broil until bubbly hot.
