Ingredients
- 1 lb russet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high.
Slice potatoes, with skin on, lengthwise into 1/2" planks and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Grill planks 8-10 minutes, turning once. Return to bowl and toss with parmesan cheese and serve.
