- 1 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1 C CRUSHED PEPPERMINT CANDIES, DIVIDED

Step 1
INA MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL, MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE AT 70% POWER, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. REPEAT WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS. STIR IN 6 T. OF CRUSHED CANDIES IN EACH BOWL. DROP IN ALTERNATING SPOONFULS ONTO WAXPAPER LINED COOKIE SHEET. WITH SPATULA, CUT THROUGH TO SWIRL, SPREADING TO 1/4" THICKNESS. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CANDIES. CHILL UNTIL FIRM. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
THIS WAS TESTED IN 1,100 WATT MICROWAVE.
