Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients for the sauce. Reserve one cup for basting.

Rinse thighs well and pat dry. This step is especially important if your chicken hasn't been frozen. Pour the sauce (minus the one cup) into a ziploc bag with 6-8 boneless, skinless thighs. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.

Grill, basting with the reserved sauce until chicken starts to char in places - for approximately 10 minutes each side (more or less) or until internal temperature is 170 degrees.

Note - this is great with chicken legs but is AMAZING with thighs. Breasts are good but don't soak up the flavor of the sauce like thighs. (Take this from a white meat lover, you will think you are in heaven with these BBQ thighs.)
