- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powered sugar
- 14 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. rum extract

Preparation
Step 1
Using a hand mixer place cream and cocoa powder in medium bowl. Beat on Speed 1 about 30 seconds, or until blended. Beat on speed 6 about 30 seconds, or until soft peaks form. Continuing on speed 6, gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla and extract. Beat about 30 seconds or until stiff.
