Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour, divided
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/3 cups packed sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cup Polander All Fruit Seedless Raspberry
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Powdered sugar, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1/ 1/2 cups flour, butter or margarine with mixer at medium speed. Press mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Spread Polaner All Fruit Seedless Raspberry over baked layer.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, eggs, salt and baking powder. Spread over raspberry layer, sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until done. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
