- 1 Boboli thin style crust
- 3/4 lb sliced turkey breast
- 3 oz goat cheese, at room temp
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 1 bunch basil

Preparation
Step 1
Cut one Boboli crust in half. Spread goat cheese on half. Add turkey, peppers and basil. Place other half of Boboli on top. Heat grill pan and coat with cooking spray. Cut boboli into quarters. Heat slices in grill pan on medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
