Ingredients

  • 1/2 LB lean grd beef
  • 1 can (8-3/4oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2/3 C condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/3 C milk
  • 1 TBL sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 C frozen Tater Tots

Preparation

Step 1

in lg. skillet, cook beef over med heat until no longer pink
stir in corn, soup, 1/4 C cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder & pepper.

place 1 C Tater Tots in 3 C baking dish coated w/ cooking spray
layer w/ beef mix. & remaining tater tots
sprinkle w/ remaining cheese

bake uncovered @375 for 20-25 min. or until bubbly
