Ingredients
- 16 oz tricolor fusilli pasta
- 8 oz green beans, halved
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 c light Italian dressing, like Newmans
- 1/2 c low salt chicken broth
- 1/4 c chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 c chopped fresh oregano
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 c pitted black olives
- 1/2 c sliced red onion

Step 1
Prepare fusilli pasta according to pkg directions adding green beans during last 3 min. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Zest and juice oranges. In large bowl, whisk togehter Italian dressing, chicken broth, all the juice from the oranges (1/2 c)and 2 t. orange zest. Stir in chopped fresh basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Add diced tomatoes, celery, olives and red onions. Add cooked pasta and green beans; toss gently to combine, adding additional dressing if necessary. Chill until ready to serve. Looks pretty served on a bed of lettuce.
