Ingredients

  • 5 lb Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1/2 dry Lipton onion Soup mix
  • 1 Can cream of Mushroom soup (Liptons)

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast in large roasting pan.

Sprinkle dry soup and can of mushroom soup over top of roast.

Cover tightly with foil and cook in 250 deg oven for 4-5 hours.

Makes its own gravy so do NOT peek under foil!

Serve with rice.
