  • Salad:
  • Dressing: Let chill overnight or a least 2 hours.
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 2 t. Dijon mustard
  • 2 T. poppy seed
  • Lettuce--romaine, butter, boston butter, some red leaf if desired
  • 3/4 c. feta cheese
  • 3/4 c. delicious apples
  • 3/4 c. chopped cashews
  • 3/4 c. craisins
  • 6-9 pearl onions-purple or white
