- Dressing: Let chill overnight or a least 2 hours.
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. olive oil
- 2 t. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. poppy seed
- Lettuce--romaine, butter, boston butter, some red leaf if desired
- 3/4 c. feta cheese
- 3/4 c. delicious apples
- 3/4 c. chopped cashews
- 3/4 c. craisins
- 6-9 pearl onions-purple or white
