Ingredients
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 cup bread, diced
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- Shredded Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1st 6 ingredients together; whisk in 3 T. oil until combined.
Saute bread in remaining 1 T. oil until bread is browned; season with pepper.
Toss together lettuce, dressing and croutons; add shredded Parmesan.
