- 1 3.4 OZ PACKAGE INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
- 1 C BEER
- 1/4 C CANOLA OIL
- 4 EGGS

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*, GREASE AND FLOUR 10 " BUNDT PAN.
COMBINE CAKE MIX AND PUDDING MIX IN LARGE BOWL. ADD BEER AND OIL AND MIX LIGHTLY. ADD EGGS. BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK, CREAMY AND SMOOTH. POUR INTO PAN.
BAKE FOR 55 MINUTES. COOL FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN TURN OUT TO WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY.
